Help, the Launcher will not download packs, I try to download a pack (this happens with all the ones I have tried.) and it starts to download and this stops at the point where there is a download bar with the writing "Downloading Libraries". It does nothing still after being left for a long time. So what can I do to fix it, thank you Rhys.

When i go to my mods section and press installed nothing is there. I don't know how this glitch occurred but now when i go to downloading mod section all of my mods are there and their download meter is completed.If someone can help me and tell me a solution i would be so happy to hear.
