Skype for business web app mac download

I am having multiple issues with using the Skype for Business Web App Plugin. I have installed it to open with chrome, but when I try that I cannot see the other party's screenshares, all I see is a black screen. I am using a Macbook Pro on 10.13.6 OS with the latest versions of Chrome and Safari.
